1. evictions including preparing notices to vacate and eviction petitions and representing landlords at eviction trials and appeals
2. defense of tenant demands and lawsuits including lease violations, wrongful evictions, and security deposit disputes
3. lease and community rules review and drafting
4. abandoned manufactured homes
5. defense of tenant Fair Housing complaints
6. service and emotional support animals
7. tenant bankruptcies including motions to lift the automatic stay
8. miscellaneous issues regarding difficult tenants and litigation avoidance

 Contract Issues, Disputes, and Litigation – Representing and advising businesses in the following legal matters:

1. drafting and review of business contracts
2. legal advice regarding contract rights and obligations
3. contract enforcement and defense, including litigation of contract disputes

 Creditor’s Rights/Collection of Debts – Representing and advising creditors in the following matters:

1. pre-litigation procedures and litigation to collect debts and enforce liens and security interests
2. motions to lift the bankruptcy automatic stay, objections to Chapter 13 Plans, and other bankruptcy matters

 Business Litigation and Advice – Representing and advising business on the following issues:

1. employee and subcontractor issues and disputes, including employment termination, unemployment compensation claims, employment policies, sexual harassment, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, and trade secrets
2. contracts with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and employees
3. collections
4. litigation and litigation avoidance

 Insurance Disputes – Representing and advising individuals and businesses in claims against insurance companies.

 Real Estate Disputes – Representing and advising buyers and sellers of real estate in the following matters:

1. seller disclosure statements
2. real estate contract disputes and other miscellaneous real estate matters
